Express delivery to your hotel The Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau uses a courier service to deliver your orders to your hotel in Paris or the Paris region.
If you wish to have your order delivered, please check the hotel delivery option and fill out the form with the name and address of your hotel.
Home delivery Get your order delivered to the address of your choice!
Your package will be delivered to you personally or put in your letterbox.
If you are away when the package is delivered and it it is too big to go into the letterbox, it will be left at your local post office.
You have 10 days after the package is delivered to pick it up from your post office. After 10 days it will be returned to the sender.
Please provide a complete and precise delivery address. Your parcel will generally be delivered within seven working days in France, 4 working days in rest of Europe** and North America**.
* Orders can currently be shipped to the following countries only: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the U.K. and the U.S. Postage costs are additional. All orders are sent by recorded delivery to ensure you receive them.

During delivery, please remember to check your parcel in the presence of the carrier.
Reservations about the parcel such as ‘subject to’, ‘subject to unpacking’, ‘open parcel’ etc. are unacceptable in the event of a dispute.
Should the carrier not wish to wait, please write on the transport delivery note “The carrier was in a hurry and has not given me time to check the parcel”.
In the event of an anomaly, write on the delivery note a clear description of your dissatisfaction (e.g.: broken chair, broken glass...).
Make a note of the exact number of pieces or of missing parcels and give a precise description of the state of the parcel (‘open’, ‘torn’, ‘intact’, etc.).
It is imperative that you send a letter by registered mail to the delivery agency within 48 hours.
Collection at our office You can pick up your order from our main welcome centre when you arrive in Paris.
Our address: 25, Rue des Pyramides in the 1st arrondissement, near the Opéra.
Please note that we are closed on 1 May.
